Classes
Qigong North West classes will last from two hours to a whole weekend. This enables us to deepen and enhance the effects of the Qigong teaching and enables you to take away a form which you can then practice with confidence at home. The teaching comprises simple yet powerful Qigong forms, meditation and relaxation. I provide a supportive environment which is suitable for all ages and abilities.
I teach Healing forms, Shibashi – Tai Chi Qigong, Animal forms, Relaxation and Meditation.
